You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stephenson Law Firm, its attorneys, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party providers of information or services to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use or any other Agreement between us or applicable to the products or services we provide, or your violation of the intellectual property rights of Stephenson Law Firm or any of those other parties. You agree that if we are unable to calculate our actual damages, you shall pay us liquidated damages of at least $125.00 per day for breaching this agreement or inducing others to breach this agreement. You agree these damages are not a penalty, but are a reasonable estimate of our damages since actual damages are often difficult to calculate.
