Case Evaluation: Simply call us or use the contact form on this page to submit your name and contact information so we can obtain more information about your case. We will usually also request copies of documents important to your case so please have them ready.

Representation Agreement: When we have enough information to determine whether your case is a good fit for our firm, we will let you know. If we offer you our legal representation we will send you a formal engagement agreement outlining the terms of our service. To hire our firm simply sign and return the agreement and we will begin work on your case immediately.
